Our Staff

At YWAM, we are committed to community. We are from many nations all driven by the desire to Know God and Make Him Known! Our staff are highly involved in serving on campus as well as in local churches and in other areas of the city. We love Richmond!

Volunteers who haven’t completed a Discipleship Training School (DTS) can live on campus and volunteer for up to three months. Volunteers who have completed a DTS are eligible to join as staff and can also volunteer for longer than three months.
